Respect

Introduction

The Principal and the IEW will have different strengths and abilities that stem from their different life experiences and perspectives. This difference in experience and perspective will strengthen your partnership and benefit a broad range of students. A partnership based on respect will embrace these differences and use them to their advantage.

Activities

The following activities have been designed to assist with the improvement of your partnership. These activities have been developed in consultation with over 200 school Principals and IEWs from around Australia. We hope that you, like those 200, find them useful and worthwhile.
